Daria

Her electrifying presence behind the decks always bring people to dance non-stop, and to share their energy all together. Daria sets consist of four to the floor, sharp, sexy minimal techno tracks. She doesn’t like to walk into marked and secure musical paths, but likes to build wild, new, and precise roads that burn the dancefloor.

Nowadays, daria works in her music projects in her own studio. She already take part on Perspectiv Records, the amazing Ripperton and Samk’s swiss label, sharing rooster with artist like Lazy Fat People, Quenum, Agnès, Chaton, Minz, Ndru, Masaya, Quarion, Laurine Frost and more...

In 1996, she created her own graphic agency. Oliver, founder of the today well known Mental Groove label, and the producer Luciano asked her to design numerous record sleeves. Through this relationship, daria dived again into music and decided, in 2000, to start spinning records.

With Luciano and Sonja Moonear since 2002, she was resident dj at the amazing Weetamix club in Geneva, where she already played with most famous techno artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Craig, Daniel Bell, Ellen Allien, Michael Mayer, Derrick May, Richie Hawtin, Heiko Laux and many more...

Beside this, she is often playing for different venues. Daria played at the Festival de Montreux at MDH club, Festival de la Bâtie, at the famous club the Loft in Barcelona with Miss Kittin, in Paris at le Nouveau Casino, at Industria in Porto, at Week12end club in Berlin and at Watergate invited by M.A.N.D.Y., And she also did regular appearences at the national radio Couleur3 and at the Loft in Lausanne. Also, she played in Zurich, Belgrad in Serbia, Valencia in Spain, Portugal and many other places in Europe.

Two years ago, Daria started with Lea Pohlhammer a fashion brand called Dame Pipi (www.dame-pipi.ch). In addition, she organizes with Sonja Moonear the “the Dame Pipi Show” parties, check the “chow tv” video on the website. Feauturing guests like Shinedoe (100% pure) and Tini (Harry Klein) from Munich.
